An IP67 wire thermocouple that is hermetically sealed for use in corrosive or wet environments.
This versatile multi-purpose sensor has been specifically designed for use in and to protect against corrosion in harsh or wet environments. It has a quick response time and can be easily cleaned. The impermeable PFA insulated flexible wire thermocouple provides exceptional resistance to oils, fluids, gases, and chemicals and is electrically isolated.

Offered here in IEC type K, J & T colours, in 1, 2 or 5 m lengths with bare tails or a miniature plug termination option.

  • Hermetically sealed airtight tip  
  • Waterproof & suitable for insertion into liquids
  • Oil & Chemical resistant PFA insulation
  • For use in temperatures ranging from -75 to +260 Degree C
  • Electrically insulated tip tested to 1.0Kv as standard (can be tested at higher voltages)
  • Flexible 7/0.2mm stranded conductors (24AWG)
  • 1.5 x 2.3mm nominal wire diameter

The impermeable PFA insulated flexible wire thermocouple provides exceptional resistance to oils, fluids, gases, and chemicals and is electrically isolated.

The thermocouple tip contains the beaded sensing connection, which is weld-sealed to give a continuous PFA coating along the entire length and provide an atmosphere that is airtight and moisture-proof.
